This, a thousand times this. I am a doctor in real life and so is my wife. It's amazing how many of her HIV/AIDS patients just do not take their medicines. There's no reason HIV/AIDS should be as prevalent in the US as it is. Then there are the idiots that don't take their antibiotics. You have a genetic mutation that makes you immunocompromised... Why aren't you taking your antibiotics? Argh!
And before you ask, no, it's neither cost-related nor side effects that prevent them from taking their meds. In these cases, at least. The people I'm talking about are just... frustrating.

What I like is how the amount of tricks worth sharing has been getting lower and lower with the passing years. A decade ago it was "10 ways you can make money fast on the internet", then "5 tips for keeping your hairs", then "3 things the mailman doesn't want you to know", but now it's only one trick. It all depends on you definition of clickbait. The most strict definition is bait that makes you click somthing. It could be a link in an email, or a link on a web page. Since some people, not just advertisers, keep score by the number of clicks they receive, and clickbait is something that gets people to click.
A more broad definition would include clicking on a remote control of a TV. News programs are famous for clickbait lines designed to keep you from clicking the remote to a different channel. "When

Nothing to do with ads, or Facebook. "Clickbait" refers to the teaser headlines for articles/posts. Same thing you see on the covers of women's magazines, or used by TV news to keep people watching, where the key information is deliberately hidden. On internet sites, it's often taken to a meme-worthy extreme, where even the basic topic is hidden.
